Wells Fargo Adds Another Build-A-Bike Event at Dallas Omni

Way back in January of 2006, Wells Fargo in Anchorage, Alaska asked me to deliver a Build-A-Bike ® to their executives in Alaska. In fact, that event was the second ever Build-A-Bike ® event ever conducted. Since then, we have led dozens of bicycle team building activities to Wells Fargo offices all over the world. So I was honored to get a chance to lead another bike event for Wells Fargo here at the Dallas Omni hotel recently. We had over 250 managers from different locations of the bank at the convention, and the focus of the meeting was on risk management and customer satisfaction. So it was a blast when, after the group solved team building challenges to earn their bikes, and they successfully completed building the bicycles, they actually got to meet their end customer. Just as the event was winding down, we had over two dozen local kids from the Boys & Girls Club in Irving rush through the doors to receive their brand-new bikes! The group was thrilled to get to adjust the seats and handlebars to make every bike just right for their customer — the young child.
